Abstract

|
|
It was shown in the rabbit blood pressure that a single dose of hexame-thonium (10mg/kg) did not reverse depressor effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine to the pressor one. In the present experiments the reversal could be achieved by infusing hexamethonium (2.3~4. 1mg/kg/min) for 10 to 20minutes. A single dose of chlorsondamine (1mg/kg) reversed the depressor effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine to the presser one.
